Day 01 : Amritsar
Upon arrival at Amritsar Airport or Railway Station, you will be warmly received and transferred to your hotel for check-in. After some time to relax, proceed to visit the famous Wagah Border, located on the India–Pakistan border. Here you can witness the energetic and patriotic Retreat Ceremony conducted every evening by the Border Security Force and the Pakistan Rangers, where soldiers from both countries perform a synchronized parade and lower their national flags. The electrifying atmosphere filled with patriotic chants makes it a memorable experience. After the ceremony, return to the hotel for an overnight stay in Amritsar.
Day 02 : Amritsar
After breakfast, begin your day with a visit to the sacred Golden Temple, the most revered shrine of Sikhism. Surrounded by the holy Amrit Sarovar, the temple’s golden structure and serene spiritual ambiance attract devotees from around the world. You may also visit the community kitchen (Langar), which serves free meals to thousands of visitors every day. Later, walk to the nearby Jallianwala Bagh, a historic public garden that commemorates the tragic Jallianwala Bagh Massacre, an important event in India’s freedom struggle. After completing the sightseeing, check out from the hotel and you will be transferred to Amritsar Airport or Railway Station for your onward journey.
