Day 01 : Amritsar
Upon arrival at Amritsar Airport or Railway Station, you will be warmly received and transferred to your hotel for check-in. After some time to relax, proceed to the famous Wagah Border, located on the India–Pakistan border. Here you can witness the vibrant and patriotic Retreat Ceremony performed every evening by the Border Security Force and the Pakistan Rangers. The synchronized parade, energetic crowd, and flag-lowering ceremony create a powerful and memorable atmosphere. After the ceremony, return to the hotel for an overnight stay at Amritsar.
Day 02 : Amritsar - Katra
After breakfast, begin the day with a visit to the sacred Golden Temple, the holiest shrine of Sikhism, known for its stunning golden architecture and peaceful spiritual environment. Devotees from around the world come here to seek blessings and experience the divine serenity of the temple complex. Later, visit the nearby Jallianwala Bagh, a historic garden that commemorates the tragic Jallianwala Bagh Massacre, an important moment in India’s freedom struggle. After completing the sightseeing, check out from the hotel and drive to Katra, the base town for the Vaishno Devi pilgrimage. Upon arrival, check in to the hotel and relax. Overnight stay at Katra.
Day 03 : Katra – Vaishno Devi
Early in the morning, you will be dropped at the base camp in Katra to begin the sacred trek to the holy Vaishno Devi Temple, one of the most revered pilgrimage sites in India. The trek leads through scenic mountain paths to the holy cave shrine where devotees offer prayers and seek blessings from the three divine forms of the Mother Goddess – Maha Kali, Maha Lakshmi, and Maha Saraswati. After darshan and spiritual experience at the shrine, trek back down to Katra and return to the hotel. Overnight stay at Katra.
Day 04 : Katra – Jammu
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Jammu. Upon arrival, you will be dropped at Jammu Airport or Railway Station for your onward journey, carrying with you the blessings and memorable experiences of this spiritual pilgrimage.
