
Day 01 : Cochin – Munnar
On arrival at Cochin, you will be received and driven to Munnar, one of Kerala’s most beautiful hill stations, known for its endless stretches of tea plantations and cool mountain climate. The journey itself is scenic, passing through winding roads, misty hills, waterfalls and spice plantations. Upon reaching Munnar, check in to the hotel and spend the rest of the day at leisure, relaxing and enjoying the refreshing atmosphere of the hills. Overnight stay at Munnar.
Day 02 : Munnar Sightseeing
After breakfast, proceed for a full day exploration of Munnar. Begin with a visit to the famous Tata Tea Museum where you can learn about the history of tea cultivation and processing in the region. Continue through the lush tea plantations to the scenic Mattupetty Dam, a beautiful reservoir surrounded by hills and forests. Next visit Echo Point, known for its natural echo phenomenon and picturesque views of the surrounding mountains. Later proceed to Eravikulam National Park, home to the rare Nilgiri Tahr and offering breathtaking views of rolling grasslands. Conclude the day with a visit to the tranquil Kundala Lake and dam, a serene spot surrounded by forests and tea gardens. Return to the hotel in the evening. Overnight stay at Munnar.
Day 03 : Munnar – Thekkady
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Thekkady, a region known for its rich wildlife and spice plantations. The journey passes through beautiful countryside with plantations of cardamom, pepper and other spices. On arrival, check in to the hotel and later visit the famous Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary. Here you can enjoy a peaceful boat ride on Periyar Lake, offering chances to spot wildlife such as elephants, deer and birds along the forested banks. You can also visit a nearby spice plantation to see how Kerala’s aromatic spices are cultivated and processed. Overnight stay at Thekkady.
Day 04 : Thekkady - Alleppey
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Alleppey, widely known as the “Venice of the East” for its beautiful network of backwaters. On arrival, check in to a traditional Kerala houseboat and begin a relaxing cruise through the serene backwaters. As the houseboat glides through narrow canals and wide lagoons, you will see lush paddy fields, coconut groves and small village settlements along the banks. Enjoy freshly prepared Kerala meals on board while experiencing the calm and scenic beauty of the backwaters. Overnight stay at the houseboat in Alleppey.
Day 05 : Alleppey - Cochin
After breakfast, check out from the houseboat and drive to Cochin for local sightseeing. Visit the iconic Chinese Fishing Nets, a unique fishing method that has become a symbol of the city. Continue to the historic St. Francis Church, one of the oldest European churches in India. Later visit the heritage Mattancherry Palace, also known as the Dutch Palace, famous for its murals. You will also see the centuries-old Paradesi Synagogue located in the historic Jewish Town. Conclude the tour with a pleasant walk along Marine Drive, a popular waterfront promenade. Later you will be dropped at Cochin Airport or Railway Station for your onward journey.
